From June 19-23, Giesswein’s US customer service and distribution center will be closed for special staff training and various operational upgrades in preparation for the introduction of our new Fall 2017 collection next month. Orders placed after 1PM EST on June 16 and thru the end of day on June 23 will be shipped from our warehouse on June 26. Automatic order confirmations will continue to be sent during this period, but shipping/tracking information will not be sent until the end of day on June 26. We will be responding to email inquiries on a very limited and infrequent basis during this time.
